Dr. Michael Gift Soku, (PhD, CA, MCIT, MIIA, LLB, MPHIL, MBA, BSc,) is the Managing Partner of Finance Ink Consult. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana, a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors, Ghana and a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation, Ghana. He holds a Doctorate degree in Accounting, a master of business administration degree in Accounting, a master of philosophy in Finance and a bachelors degree in Laws, and brings to the firm a wealth of experience in Accountancy, Auditing, Taxation, Insolvency, Corporate Finance, Research, Training, Management and Development Consulting.
Dr. Soku has responsibility for managing the clients and engagements in all sectors. The breadth of his experience covers Financial Services, Food & Beverages, Retail, Insurance, Health, Manufacturing, Oil and Gas, and Telecom sectors.
